We ask that you give us accurate instructions on how to access your property and where to park. We also always appreciate if you tidy away things like clothing, toys, and household items that might otherwise slow down our cleaning service.

Can I trust the cleaner that comes to my home?

All cleaners must pass a detailed US background check to work with us. Only a small fraction of the people that want to work with us end up doing so.

What is a deep cleaning service?

Do I need to tip the cleaners?

There is no expectation of tipping at Rover House Cleaners. However, tips are always appreciated and 100% of your tip will always go to your cleaner(s).

What if I want to cancel or reschedule?

There are no commitments with our services. We offer free cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours before the time of your clean.
